Gallbladder problems
ConditionGallbladder dysfunction and failure from high protein/high fat diets
Gallbladder gets filled up with sludge and sediment and more sludge, gets heavy, then stones build up
- Butter: All the butter we do all those years causes gallbladder sludge and sediment
- Eggs: All the eggs we've done all those years - big part of gallbladder sludge and sediment buildup
- Calcium deposits from dairy: Calcium from dairy products is toxic calcium that gets displaced throughout the body — depositing into the gallbladder, kidneys, and brain. Butter is described by MM as 'really tough on the body' — it burns out the liver, feeds viruses and bacteria, and causes calcium to leach out of bones and deposit elsewhere including the gallbladder.
- High fat diets: Carnivore and keto diets cause gallbladder problems due to excessive fat intake
- Cheese: Cheese contributes to gallbladder sludge and stone formation
- Dehydration: Chronic dehydration is a significant driver of gallstone formation. Without enough water and fruit in the diet, the bilirubin and cholesterol cannot be flushed through properly. People who keep fruit out of their diet for years while eating too much protein will often discover gallstones by age 50-55 — not knowing fruit was the missing preventative.
- Food poisoning: Food poisoning can attack the gallbladder directly, inflaming it. Or food poisoning lowers immune system leading to post food poisoning gallbladder problems weeks later
- High protein high fat diet: High protein high fat diets kill the gallbladder - happens to keto people 24/7, they're getting their gallbladders out left and right
- High protein high fat diet: Kills the gallbladder - keto people getting gallbladders removed left and right
- Streptococcus bacteria: Strep bacteria traveling from the liver, duodenum, or digestive tract through the bile duct into the gallbladder causes gallbladder infection and inflammation. Strep feeds on sludge, gunk, and toxic chemicals inside the gallbladder. Food poisoning bacteria (E. coli, salmonella, and others) can also rush directly up to the gallbladder and infect it, causing severe spasms. Strep also burrows into crevices of gallbladder scar tissue, creating low-grade chronic infections that are often dismissed as inflammation.
- Hot, overloaded liver: The root cause of gallstones and gallbladder sludge is an overheated, overburdened liver. As the liver processes toxins and generates heat, it pushes bilirubin, cholesterol, heavy metals, dead pathogen byproduct, plastics, and petrol chemicals from antibiotics up the bile duct into the cooler gallbladder, where it solidifies. The gallbladder acts like the cold bottom pan of an oil engine — catching all the sludge the liver expels.
