Gout

Condition

Important Notes

  • Be careful with B-complex vitamins and multivitamins when dealing with gout — they can be too intense on a liver that is already overburdened. Avoid until liver burden is reduced.
  • Do not eat potatoes combined with steak or any animal protein — they clash metabolically. Do not eat potatoes with cheese and butter. Steamed plain potatoes with salad or vegetables is fine.
  • Even healthy beans should be limited with gout — eating a large pile of beans adds too much protein for an overburdened liver to handle. Give the beans a break or severely limit.
  • The idea that high-oxalate foods (spinach, etc.) cause or worsen gout is not correct according to MM. The real issue is high protein and fat, not oxalates. Spinach and leafy greens are healing for gout.
  • A sluggish, stagnant liver overburdened from any of a variety of toxins, normally coupled with a high-fat/high-protein diet.
  • Streptococcus: Any kind of streptococcus in your system can contribute to gout
  • DDT: DDT in the liver - there's so much DDT in people's livers no one even knows
  • Liver dysfunction: Gout comes from the liver - a liver that's tired, toxic, stagnant, sluggish, not performing, not cleaning, not filtering, overburdened, stressed out, too hot
  • High protein diet: Gout is a protein disease - a liver that can't handle protein anymore and can't handle high fat anymore
  • Heavy metals: Heavy metals getting into the liver, can be inherited from generations back
  • Animal protein: High animal proteins cause gout - need to lower animal proteins if you have gout
  • High fat diet: High fat diets burden the liver and kidneys, leading to gout
  • High fats and proteins: High fats and high proteins are the problem with gout, not oxalates
  • High protein diet: High protein diets burden the liver and kidneys, causing the body to reject these foods and develop gout symptoms
  • Liver deficiencies: Liver becomes deficient as it's your vitamin converter and mineral storage bin
  • Liver dysfunction: Liver problems are the root cause of gout
  • EBV: Low-grade Epstein-Barr virus in your system contributes to gout development
  • Pesticides and herbicides: Pesticides and herbicides, cousins of DDT, stuck in the liver going back generations inherited
  • Protein and fat: Protein and fat are the primary concerns - liver can't handle them anymore
  • Chemical toxins: Solvents, oxidation drainage from metals, car chemicals, air freshener plugins, hair sprays, carpet cleaning solutions, pesticides sprayed around yards and houses
  • Viruses: Viruses in the herpetic family - Epstein-Barr, cytomegalovirus, HHV-6, HHV-7, HHV-9, HHV-10, 11, 12, all undiscovered varieties going back generations inside people's livers
  • Liver fat overload: When liver gets overwhelmed with fat, you get gout and other problems
  • Liver burden: When the liver is overburdened and says 'I can't handle protein anymore or fat'
