Wild blueberries (augustifolium)
Healing FoodAntioxidants from something with survival instincts that has adapted for thousands of years - blue anthocyanins from a plant that can't die
Blue anthocyanins go to emotional centers of the brain and help unwind brainwashing from industries, rewire us to break from mind control
Can be burned down to the ground and will rise out of the ashes - something oak trees cannot do
Can cross blood-brain barrier (cultivated blueberries cannot), powerful adaptogenic food surviving thousands of years
Can survive the unsurvivable - you can burn wild blueberries down to the ground and they rise out of the ashes like a Phoenix, unlike trees which need seeds to regrow
It’s easy to get swept up in the belief that the ultimate healing food is hiding somewhere in the tropical wilds. We hear stories about researchers who scour the jungle for miracle roots and berries, and we see exotic dried fruits for sale at the grocery store with packages proclaiming them “superfoods.” Maybe one day, we tell ourselves, a true miracle food will be discovered out there in the rain forest—the root or berry or herb or nut or mushroom that will save humanity. While of course the rain forest has potent medicine to offer, that’s not where scientists will find the most valuable food that can save us. The world’s most powerful food is hiding on low, scrubby bushes and in the freezer aisles of grocery stores, in plain sight. Wild blueberries are more accessible than ever before, thanks to millions of readers changing their lives through Medical Medium information, which has opened doors for awareness of the need for the wild blueberry. Countless healing stories worldwide of reversing symptoms, conditions, and diseases using Medical Medium tools such as the Heavy Metal Detox are testament to the power of the wild blueberry. Do not confuse wild blueberry (botanical name Vaccinium angustifolium) with bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus). Bilberry does not perform the same healing duties as wild blueberry. Bilberries are healthy and filled with phytochemical compounds, but they don’t specifically perform the same heavy metal detoxification as wild blueberries. Also do not confuse wild blueberries with their larger, cultivated blueberry cousins. While great for your health, cultivated blueberries don’t offer even a fraction of wild blueberries’ power. The difference between cultivated and wild blueberries is the difference between farmraised salmon and wild salmon, or between industrial, grain-fed beef and free-range, grass-fed beef. Bringing cultivated blueberries into your life is like drinking from a paper cup; bringing wild blueberries into your life is like drinking from the golden cup that Jesus once drank from—the Holy Grail. Wild blueberries hold ancient and sacred survival information from the heavens, going back tens of thousands of years. They have adapted to every fluctuation in climate over the millennia. Their innate intelligence has prevented them from accepting a monoculture; instead, they thrive with more than 100 variable strains that look similar yet have different genetic makeups, so that these plants can never be eradicated, no matter what comes in the future. One unique aspect of the wild blueberry is that it has a more equal ratio of hydrobioactive water to cofactor water than many other foods. The unique balance of ocean depth with ocean surface is very similar. This water-to-water ratio contributes to the wild blueberry’s elevated spiritual connection. While other food plants can only continue after a fire if their seeds survive and are replanted, wild blueberry plants can be burned to the ground, and they will come back stronger than ever. No other food on the planet has the ability to thrive in such trying conditions. It is the number-one adaptogen, period—even though it is not recognized as an adaptogenic food at all. Currently, wild blueberries are acknowledged by nutrition experts for their skyhigh levels of antioxidants. In truth, wild blueberries go way beyond this institutional knowledge about simply being high in antioxidants. Wild blueberries have the highest proportion of antioxidants of any food on the planet. On top of that, these tiny jewels have a plethora of other undiscovered qualities. For one, wild blueberries are armed with dozens of antioxidant varieties that science does not yet know about, along with polyphenols, anthocyanins, anthocyanidins, dimethyl resveratrol, and as yet unknown cofactor adaptogenic amino acids. When you eat these berries, their innate intelligence reads your body, searches out potential disease, monitors your stress and toxicity levels, and figures out the best way to heal you—it is the only food that does that. One of the most effective heavy metal detoxing foods, the wild blueberry is rich in phytochemical compounds that perform a gentle purging action on brain and other organ tissue. Heavy metal detox is part of what makes wild blueberries the most powerful brain food in existence. Wild blueberries first go after the toxic metal itself, working to discharge the metal and its toxic by-product from brain tissue. Then, after the metal has been discharged from the area of brain tissue where it was residing, additional phytochemical compounds stimulate new brain cell growth. Wild blueberries are fantastic at removing all other Unforgiving Six toxins, too, while also helping protect you from stress on the brain and body created by adrenaline triggers and civilization sabotage. The most potent prebiotic and postbiotic there is and a star at restoring the liver, wild blueberries essentially offer a benefit unobtainable from any other source for every part of the body. There is more information in one wild blueberry plant than there is on the entire Internet. If researchers had the technology to decipher what’s inside a wild blueberry and how to use that information, they would develop what science would call “cures” for every condition. Ninety years from now, medical science will use the wild blueberry as the key to unlock the secrets of how to heal disease. This is the food you want in your life when you’ve been through hardships, challenges, struggles, or even the unthinkable and need the support to rise up again. It’s also the food for anyone who needs a physical boost, anyone rehabbing their body through physical therapy, anyone recovering from chronic illness, or anyone striving athletically. Wild blueberries fueling the body systems could mean the difference between life or death for a rock climber in a perilous situation, the difference between a pilot flubbing the controls on a plane versus saving the day, the difference between a fishing-boat captain heading into a storm versus redirecting in time. Wild blueberries are the sole food on the planet to contain the full power of the divine, the Holy Source, the universe, and they are revered by the angels as the key to keeping the human race alive in the coming times, because the wild blueberry plants won’t succumb to the lab-created, biological, destructive plant-fungal agents that will eventually damage future crops, causing future mass food shortages. Wild blueberries are, above all, the resurrection food. Native Americans were the first to discover that wild blueberries not only survive under fire but thrive. The year following a burn, the plants come back healthier than ever. They rise from the ashes. This is why we need wild blueberries in our lives. Who hasn’t felt soul- challenged by this world, and at one point or another, like all was lost? Who hasn’t needed inspiration to come back from adversity, whether health- related or otherwise? As we navigate the Quickening, we must hold close the story of the wild blueberries’ rebirth. This is a critical time in the history of our species, and of the planet. The choices that we make today to nurture our bodies and souls with the Holy Five will influence every era to come. If you’re unwell, overwhelmed, or on the edge, you’re not alone. It’s not too late to turn it all around.

Must use WILD blueberries (low-bush), not cultivated clam-shell blueberries from the store. Vast difference - cultivated don't do a scratch compared to wild.
Not one plant species - multiple plant species exist in wild blueberry fields, all looking similar but slightly different sizes
Organic food crops are sprayed with pollinator killers and nicotine that kill bees, but Wyman's doesn't do any spraying
Possess phytochemical compounds that remove toxic heavy metals - understudied by science
Star of heavy metal detox - only wild blueberries remove toxic heavy metals, cultivated blueberries cannot
Takes wild food out of the field, uses press machine to get it in the bottle - described as 'gold' and 'potent stuff'
The rich blue color anthocyanins are designed to head to the brain specifically, not just go everywhere in the body
Thousands of years of adaptation, survived through drought, floods, freezing tundra cold. Can survive on their own unlike cultivated varieties.
Wild blueberries are healing foods, not filler foods - they have the power to heal unlike some foods that just fill you up
Wild blueberry is the anti-brainwashing food that gives people their free will back, free thinking, and helps break from alternative medicine cults
Wild food has an immune system, takes care of itself, needs barely any care, survived thousands of years
Wild food is above organic in phytochemical compounds and antioxidants
Wild foods have survival instincts, have been around for thousands of years, gone through drought, floods, tundra cold
Wyman's doesn't use pollinator killers, doesn't spray with nicotine (which kills bees). Tests show no pesticides or pesticide residues

Different strains of wild blueberries from different regions have slightly different benefits. Using multiple sources (frozen, powder, juice) combines different strains.
Often the easiest place to find wild blueberries is in the frozen-food aisle at the local supermarket, in the cases that carry smoothie ingredients. As mentioned above, freezing makes the berries even healthier. To enjoy them, either whip them up into a frozen treat, or thaw and enjoy. Frozen wild blueberries blended with frozen bananas make a delicious and wholesome-beyond-belief ice cream.
If you’re in the United States, seek out frozen or fresh wild blueberries from Maine. If you’re in Canada, seek out those from eastern Canada. Or if you have local wild blueberries in your region of North America, that would be a great option. If you live outside North America, don’t underestimate the wild blueberries that may be growing in your region. Although they may not do everything a Vaccinium angustifolium wild blueberry can do, they still are very helpful in many ways that far exceed any common cultivated blueberries. If you can’t find wild blueberries, the second-best option would be cultivated blackberries or, better yet, wild blackberries.
If you know someone who’s challenged by an illness, offer them wild blueberries to show your goodwill.
When you eat wild blueberries, make a mindful note that they’ve been graced by God and the universe, that they are a gift from above.
