Lemon Water

Protocol
Cleanser that hydrates on deep cellular level, prepares body to remove metals efficiently Flushes the liver, especially effective because not eating junk foods that burden liver If you can't do the full morning cleanse or celery juice, at minimum try to stay rock solid on lemon water in the morning Living, hydrating, calcium rich, trace mineral rich, phytochemical compound rich Squeeze half a lemon into 16-32oz of water - drink first thing in morning to flush liver and bloodstream

Important Notes

  • Cannot put lemon juice in hot water or you kill what's in the lemon juice and it won't flush. Must use room temperature or cold water
  • Cannot use hot water - kills the lemon and ruins what it can do. Must be alive and living fluid. Room temp or cold water only
  • Do not use hot water - it kills the living water, enzymes, and phytochemical compounds that provide the flushing action
  • Don't drink just lemon juice without enough water - need the hydration for proper flushing action
  • Don't use bottled lemon juice, lemon essential oils, or lemon natural flavors (which is MSG) - must use fresh real lemon
  • Don't use hot water - it kills the living phytochemical compounds, enzymes, and living water in the lemon
  • Don't use hot water - must be raw, alive and living water to get flushing action. Hot water doesn't provide the flushing action needed to drive toxins out of the body.
  • Never use hot water - it destroys the phytochemical compounds, living water properties, and calcium from the earth that enable liver flushing
  • Never use hot water as it destroys the living electrolytes, phytochemical compounds, and antioxidants needed for liver flushing
  • Not hot water - must be raw lemon in room temperature water to flush liver and body of toxins
